How to shop online
Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, you
are ready to place your order. You will proceed through a series of five steps.
1) Your shopping cart contains all of the items you
selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change
quantities, and enter coupon codes.
Once you decide you are finished adding products you can proceed
to "Checkout" by using the button on the bottom of the Web page.
2) You are asked to enter an email address and sign
in as a guest or returning customer.
3) You are asked to provide your shipping address,
billing address, and payment information.
4) You will choose you shipping option.
5) You will see a summary of your order. The last step is
to for you to confirm and place your order. You may print this order summary
for your records if you desire.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order
confirmation through the email address provided in Step Two, with the details
of your order. You will then receive a follow up email when your order
ships and your credit card is charged, as well as a tracking number so you can
check the status of your order on www.ups.com.
How to search for
products
You can click on the product category on the left side of the
screen to browse the various products or use the search tool located in the
upper right corner of each page. Simply enter the name or keyword of a product
and click "Go."
How to find products
not available online
John Deere Gifts carries only selected John Deere Licensed
Products. You may have seen or heard of products which are currently not
available on the Web site. To find these products, we encourage you to use our
Dealer Locator (link here) to find the nearest John Deere dealership.
Please keep in mind that each dealership's licensed merchandise does vary. You

Payment options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Discover.
If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your account (such
as refunds, issued credits, etc.), you can sign in to your account to view account
history or contact Customer Service via email.
Taxes
We follow a conservative accounting policy and must collect
applicable state sales taxes on all orders.
Canceling an order
To cancel an order, you must have placed your order as a
registered user.
Please be aware that we begin processing your order as soon as possible. For
this reason, we ask that you cancel your order the same day it was placed for
the best chance of catching the order before it ships. Simply email Customer Support and
make sure to include your name and order number.
Gifts
John Deere Gifts is the ideal place to buy gifts for everyone on
your list. We offer gift wrapping service on most items in our online store. To
wrap your John Deere Gifts order, select the box next to "Wrap your John
Deere Gifts store items and enclose a personalized gift card."
when you place your order. A charge $3.99 per order plus $2.99 per item will be
applied to your grand total.
Riding toys and wagons CANNOT be gift-wrapped and if these are included in an
order the total wrapping charge will be calculated excluding ride-on toys and
wagons. If you would like to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place a
separate order for each recipient.
If an item we know to be a gift is returned, the gift recipient will be able to
make an exchange. If the new item costs more or less than the original, the
recipient needs to provide their credit card. The card will be charged for the
new items and credited for the previous item(s). The gift recipient can make an
exchange by contacting Customer Service
or by filling out the form on the back of the packing slip.
Gifts cannot be returned for cash.
Gift wrapping charges and shipping charges are not refundable.
We only accept returns and exchanges on products purchased through the John
Deere Gifts online store. All returns for products not purchased through John
Deere Gifts must be returned to the place of purchase.
